by CoffeeDate Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoffeeDate. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- You have not been previously banned from CoffeeDate

3. Account Registration

Violation of these conduct rules may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your

5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to CoffeeDate, including photos, messages, and profile
information ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the
Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content:
- Is accurate and not misleading
- Does not violate any third-party rights
- Does not contain illegal or harmful material
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Matching &
Communication
CoffeeDate provides matching algorithms and communication tools to help users connect. We do not guarantee
that you will find matches or form relationships through the Service. The success of your experience
depends on many factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes. However, we are not
responsible for the content of communications between users.
7. Payments &
Subscriptions
CoffeeDate offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance and
automatically renew unless cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees and taxes
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
- Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are generally not provided except as
required by law.
8. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the

9. Safety & Security
Your Safety Matters:
While we implement security measures and community guidelines, you are responsible for your own safety
when using CoffeeDate. Always meet in public places, trust your instincts, and report suspicious
behavior.
We provide reporting and blocking features, but we cannot guarantee the prevention of all harmful
behavior. Users interact at their own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
The CoffeeDate Service, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by CoffeeDate Inc. and
is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or
distribute our content without permission.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may delete your account through the app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our
discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these
Terms will survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COFFEEDATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CoffeeDate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from
your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law
principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email
or app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
